Rachel walker al-yasi attorney at law
Rachel Walker Al-Yasi | Albuquerque Criminal Lawyer
I went to trial on a felon in possession case where the lapel cam made by the Officer clearly showed that the Office was not telling the truth about the incident. During Voir Dire there was an ex police officer on the panel. He had long hair and a scruffy beard. Pegged him for a discontented ex-officer. Asked him during Voir Dire if in his experience "cops lie". Yes, he said. Used that response to educate the jury about officer untruthfulness. Got a not guilty verdict. I am a very good trial attorney and am good at picking a jury that is fair to my client!
